She was created long before the utau program was finalised and then made into an utau. Hinomoto Oniko was a Japanese meme to turn a Chinese racial slur for the Japanese into a google search friendly moe character- of a Japanese demon girl. In these cases, did the voicer necessarily create the oc? No. But are these utau voicebanks respected by the fan community and well-maintained in terms of updates? Yes, yes, very much so. The thing about Yami is that he is intended to be ironic. Making Literally “the worst oc” into a decent voicebank in utau & turning the laughing stock of the internet respectable. Instead of per se, making a fake troll vocaloid meme into a utau or a google search term into an utau. Not gonna argue with everyone here. Your opinion is your opinion and hey, hey, I’m not here to change it- just provide my point of view.
